Our honeys
Our organic honeys are produced in hives located in Entre Ríos, Northern Córdoba, and La Pampa, each region bringing unique characteristics to our organic honeys.
Northern Córdoba: early blooming due to its warm climate enables the production of clear honey ahead of other regions, with local flowers like algarrobo, mistol, jarilla, altamisqui, tintitaco, and garabato.
Entre Ríos: the humid climate and great plant diversity of the region make it ideal for producing organic honey that we extract from catay, wild sunflower, melilotus, and lotus.
La Pampa: hives are placed in natural woodlands, completely free from pesticides, producing high-quality multifloral honey from chañar, caldén, and algarrobo flowers.
Quality shaped by the land
Thanks to the natural conditions of our production regions, we produce pure, natural and organic honey, free from pesticides. Among our varieties, white carob honey stands out for its delicate flavor and superior quality compared to honey produced in other regions of the world.
Carefully controlled production
Today we manage 8,000 beehives and produce approximately 360 tons of honey per year.
Our extraction process is cold-extracted and semi-automated, designed to preserve the honey’s natural properties.
From harvest to packaging, the process takes between 2 and 4 days. Throughout every stage, we apply strict quality controls, including cleaning, disinfection and laboratory analysis, to ensure consistency, freshness and safety.
Bee welfare and responsible practices
The well-being of our bees is a top priority. We implement preventive treatments, place hives on raised pallets in shaded areas, regularly clean frames and renew old wax, ensuring a healthy and natural environment for the colonies.
Organic honey for export markets
We offer special lines of organic honey and raw, unfiltered honey, developed for international markets.
Currently, our honey is commercialized in 300 kg drums, suitable for bulk export, and we are actively working to expand our range of presentations in the future.
